I have a group header labeled "Fiscal Year" that contains other groups. I know what to do it I wish to suppress a group that contains no records; but, how do I suppress a group that contains other groups that contain no records?
Here's what my report looks like now:
Fiscal Year 2000
Category 1
File Number: 0001 Name of Organization
File Number: 0006 Name of Organization
Fiscal Year 2001
Fiscal Year 2002
Category 2
File Number: 0007 Name of Organization
Category 6
File Number: 0008 Name of Organization
Fiscal Year 2003
Fiscal Year 2004
What I would like to see is a report that looks like this:
Fiscal Year 2000
Category 1
File Number: 0001 Name of Organization
File Number: 0006 Name of Organization
Fiscal Year 2002
Category 2
File Number: 0007 Name of Organization
Category 6
File Number: 0008 Name of Organization
What is the trick for suppressing the highest level group header when you don't really know there won't be any records until you reach the next level header?
