Suppressing Email Addresses

Our club distributes information via emails and need the capability to suppress/hide membership addresses when mailing to the group. If this is possible would someone still be able to distribute commercial messages by using "reply to all" response?

I think you are saying you email to a TO List.

These show up in the From Field so everyone has everoyones email.

To supress them the classic trick is to just use the bcc field instead of TO, some Email clients insist on one TO: address so put yourself.

It is dead simple to write or pickup an email list process that will send one email to each person, which is a little politer and gets better responses. Blat, my sendlist, ...

Reply all will not reply to the list if you do either BCC or get an email list sender.
