I was wondering if there is any way to suppress rather than clicking on suppress duplicates. Thanks

You can use the x+2 formula area next to "suppress if duplicated" or on the same screen, you can go to suppress->x+2 and add a conditional formula there. These are both field suppression techniques. To suppress an entire section, you would go to the section expert, highlight the section->suppress->x+2 and add a conditional formula there.
