suppress crosstab rows based on row total?

row c 10 0 1 11
row d 3 2 2 7


In cr 9 or 11, is there any way to suppress rows based on a threshhold number in the colum total? In ethe example above, if the threshhold is 5, it would suppress row a and b because they are below 5.

Insert a group on your rowfield in the main report. Then go to report->record selection formula->GROUP and enter:

sum({table.amt},{table.rowfield}) >= 5

I'm assuming your summary is the sum of some field.
