Hi Everyone.. I am trying to solve a problem a client of mine is having.

He wants to share the fax capabilities of his US Robotics external USB fax modem, but when we try to set the sharing, it comes up with a "Support SpoolApp something" has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. I've tried to log in as administrator, tried setting spooling on the fax, and am totally stumped as to what to try..

The machine is running Windows XP Pro, don't remember RAM or HDD stats.. The USR fax is set up in the "Printers" and this is where I am trying to share from.

I am having trouble finding the corret third-party software to make this work. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I can get more on the USR modem today if that would help..
