Question: In the U.S., does Siemens have a channel partner system in addition to direct support, or do most customers use the direct support model?

Siemens has resellers in the US that can do support, such as Black Box Network Services, and I believe you can also get support directly through them, such as training, self maintainer contracts, etc...
