Supervisor Real time reports - Active calls with agent's extension and caller's number

Hi all,

Has anyone managed to set: Supervisor Real time reports - Active incoming agent calls with agent's name (extension) and caller's number? There is Realtime information - Agent status list (AG), but without caller's number. I know that it can be seen after call is ended.
