I've never needed to do this before , but I have a request to have 2 supervisor phones in the same Queue and have all the phone appear on 2 3904's with 1 KBA and all the agent numbers on them. when i try to add the 2nd supervisor, I'm able to add CLS SPV, KBA 1, but when I try to add the agents I get an SCH0750

Agent already has a supervisor

Can an agent be only on 1 supervisor phone?

That is true. You can have multiple supervisors in an ACD Queue and any agent can be assigned to any supervisor, but only one to one supervisor. By adding agent IDs to the supervisor's phone, you are declaring that supervisor assigned to that agent.

Build the other phone without agent ID's. The other supervisor can still observe any agent. They will just have to key in the agent ID as opposed to hitting the key. Likewise the the second supervisor can answer ASP and EMR calls from anyone in that group.

Thanks TAnselm, Have a Star on Me!

Thanks... glad I could help.
And no there is no such thing as a Senior supervisors set in the ACD world. Supervisors and Agents are your choices.
