OK. What manual since there are 20 different manuals out there. What specific manual. I am just a IT guy that is asked to work on the phone system. I can do most nortel stuff. If you can tell me what manual to look at, I will leave this post.

I did not know there was a web based Contact Center. So I'll assume CCUI. I install the IPOCC with a exe file. Would I be correct in thinking it is the CCUI then?
