Hi, I need to implement superscopes in DHCP (Win2k) to enable our regenal office to get DHCP offers, can this really be used? Our router to the office has DHCP relay enabled, what do I have to do?

Kind Regards

Andy

This will determine if indeed superscoping is for you. It sounds from your synopsis that it is.

You should then create the additional subnets in the superscope, remembering to leave out of the superscope your LAN range (addresses local side of the router)

Thanks Rincer, so I can leave my DHCP scope for my LAN network as it is and then just create these other scopes and add them to a superscope?

Kind Regards

Andy
