Is there a Registry Clean that thorough clean your Windows Registry?

I talking about moving dead program with residue traces.
a more Thorough REgistry Fix too.

Syamantec only goes to far and some of the other commericial programs.

I know a good way to start clean but there must be registry clean that do a thorough job especially cleaning programs that been unstalled.

I dont know a great cleaner, but I can tell everyone what not to use. The reg cleaner in the system tools of Spy-Bot corrupted my reg twice. NTFS format. good program for removing spyware and adware but NOT for system tool.
