Is there a command to see average NIC usage or even current bandwidth utilization of a specific 100 MB NIC?

Thank you! I tried searching for NIC, Network Card, speed, .. and didn't come up with much but I see I was too limited in my search.

See also netstat -k <interface_name>, which you won't find on the netstat man page.
