Sun E450 Server

There are several Sun E450 server which have the cycling LED flashing except for one. There is a green light that is continously on but it does not flash. Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

Which light is flashing and/or constantly lit up? I believe there are 4 lights on the front of a 450. I'll have to double check, but I believe it is normal for one of the lights to be flashing (not the wrench)
