Hello All,
I need to add the value from a field on a continous subform. can anyone give quick help. just need a reminder..thansks

Depends on if you want the totals in the subform or the main form. In the subform, add an unbound text box (Total)For Footer with =Sum(FieldName) in the Control Source field to get the totals of that field. If it is to be on the main form, then create the same text box as escribed, but NOT Visible. Then make another unbound text box on the main form and in the Control Source enter =[SubformName].[Form]![Total]. Sean
