Summarise Heldesk call numbers

I have a database and crystal report which does almost all I need.

The last thing I need to do is create a summary of all the calls split by operator.

I have fields callop, callid I need to sum the number of callid by the individual callop. Is this possible???

Insert a group by callop. The insert a summary on callid (by right clicking on it in the detail section) that counts the calls.

Group on {helpdesk.caller}, insert a sum on {table.callID}, and then go to report->topN and choose topN, N=10, and select the sum as the sort field. You can choose to discard the others.

Another option (particularly if the main report is not grouped by the operator and the summary by operator is a "side show&quot is to insert a CrossTab.

Note that when the CrossTab is selected, the Report, TopN/Sort Group Expert applies to the CrossTab...!
