I have a report that I have filtered so it only displays people enrolled on 2 or more courses at a college. The report looks fine, and shows only the correct people. However, when I insert a Summary or grand total to show how many people fit this criteria it counts all of them (including the filter out ones). How do I get it to only count the people on 2 or more courses?

The easiest way is to create a Running Total.

Right click the field you are summarizing.
Choose Insert, Running Total.
The field should be populated for you.
Evaluate should for each record.
Reset should be Never.

By default it will place the RT field in the details section so drag it to the report footer.
Test the report.

That did it. When the summaries and sub-totals didn't work I assumed the running total would be the same and didn't even try it.

Thanks.
