Sum of Formulas

I have a formula {@test} shown below;


Sum ({RECEIVABLE.PAID_AMOUNT}, {RECEIVABLE_LINE.INVOICE_ID})/Count ({RECEIVABLE_LINE.LINE_NO}, {RECEIVABLE_LINE.INVOICE_ID})

Everything works fine but I need to get the sum of this formula in the report. Is there a way to do this. Crystal 8.5

Crystal can't total totals (or formmulas that contain totals).

You would need to use a variable and accumulate the information there.

However, summing ratios typically leads to numbers that are meaningless. You may want to sum each of the components of the ratio at the desired level and compute the ratio at that level...
