Suggestions on how to build a project

I'm fairly new to flashing. To develop my skills I need to have a project and a gole. I want to recreate an idea I found on the net. I'm a member of a local golfclub and want to make an flash animation that describes the different holes in my club. The animation I want to copy is

I've made the graphics and buttons, but I need to know how I zoom in and tile like the original flash animation does. And what is the best way to make the animation when I click on the hole...???

which tutorials you find easier to follow depends on your learning style. As for the animation with buttons, you can look into

I was simply saying that the areas you are wanting to learn (zooming, event based animation) are covered in the Flash tutorial - so yes, it is that simple...
