Hi Terry,

Just a suggestion, but seem to be coming up on data mining / data warehouse / OLAP, and probably not long before CRM.

If you have some good links, maybe worth making a FAQ on this??

I do have a number of links listed on a page at my personal web site. I haven't verified them in a while and have recently found additional sites. I'll consider creating a FAQ when I have some time. Others are probably better qualified than I am in the area of data warehousing, data mining, OLAP, CRM, etc. Perhaps, someone else would like to contribute the FAQ.
