Subtotals

When I do a subtotal on a group of data I would like to copy the totals only to another sheet. When I try to do this, even if I use a Paste Special Values, I get all the rows incuding the totals.

Can anyone suggest how I can get the total lines only please?

Yes I did but still got all the rows.

You have to collapse the outline so that you only see the subtotals, select all the data you can see, and then do Edit / Go To / Special / Visible Cells only. Now copy and paste where you will.

Thanks that worked well - took me a couple of go's to get it right but go there in the end.
