Subscript out of range - VB6 Startup

When starting VB6 I get a error "VB subscript out of range" and then it enters into VB with no problem. Is this a component error or can someone please give me some idea? Thanks..

Throught the "Add-In" manager I unloaded/non-startup "Visual Component Manager 6.0" and the problem seems to be fixed but how do I completely fix the problem without disabling that Add-In as ActiveX will be used? Must I reinstall VB? Thanks
