My organization has a database that receives contributions weekly (in 5 different possible categories) from roughly 350 contributors.
At the end of June we issued contribution statements, detailing contributions in each category for each week from January 1, 2000 to June 30, 2000. These statements are mailed out to each contributor.
Now I want to issue contribution statements for each week for the period from July 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000. (So far so good...I can do this just fine.)
The problem comes when I want also to include a subreport that provides only the Totals data, in each category for the period of time from January through June. I have been working on this but can't seem to get it right.
Can somebody walk me through the steps needed to include this subreport in each contributors main report? And, once I get this down, will I be able to provide a grand total for the year, by adding together the main report data and the subreport data?
Thanks for your help.
