Hi ,
I have data which appear as follows :

Description
Reimbursable expenses XXXX
Example is as follows :
Adam 1000
Consulting for march
Reimbursable expenses 500
The data could also appear in multiple lines (of 2 or more) as :
Adam 1250
Consulting for march
Reimbursable expenses 500
Eve 1950
Consulting for june
Reimbursable expenses 250
John 1100
Consulting for dec
Reimbursable expenses 440
Now I need to add an "Hours" column to the report.
This needs to be done with the use of a subreport.
However, when I put in the subreport it displays as follows :

Adam 1250 10

Consulting for march
Reimbursable expenses 500
Eve 1950 10

Consulting for june
Reimbursable expenses 250

Reimbursable expenses 440
Actually 10 relates to Adam, 50 to Eve and 5 to John.
