I have a subnet connected to our network through Cisco 800 series routers using ISDN. I can ping to computers on their end. They can ping to computers on our end. They can receive email from our email server. However, they cannot connect to our network shares nor can they connect to the Internet going through another router, 2500 series, on our end. This is a Windows NT 4.0 LAN. Any suggestions as to where to start looking?

Please post the running config from your routers, especially the 2500. Sounds like the problem lies with the config on that router, but not absolutely sure...

I finally have it working. I had to add a line on the 800 series router on our end so that it would go to our 2500 Internet router such as this:

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 "IP of internet router"

I had to take out some of the commands in the access-list pertaining to NetBios and udp to allow the shares to work.

I have another issue, but I will start a new post on it.
