I have a user who is sending an email to a list of users (internal only) with the subject Cocktail Party. The users get them fine but when they reply or click "accept" most of the replies go straight to the senders deleted items folder. I took a look at her rules and she has nothing for the words cocktail, c$ck, tail, etc. I am not sure why its doing it other than it doesnt like the word c$ck. But i cannot find any reference anywhere that says to remove emails because of the word. and she has no other filtering programs on.

Which version of Outlook is she using? I could be wrong but I believe if you go to tools, organize and turn on the junk mail and adult mail filters these do not show up in the rules and alerts. Possibly this could be what is happening.

Why not modify it so the subject line is 'Sally's Invite' - or whatever her name is. Explain that the system has trouble with particular words. (Naked-eye astronomy has been known to get blocked, as has television executive Mr Greg Dyke.)
