subform on a tab control HELP!!

I have a form with a tab control.

There are a few subforms on the tab control while some tabs contain only fields of the "Main" form.

Whenever i am in the middle of adding a record on the "main" form and want to view info on another tab that contains a subform the main form fires an update.

Is there a way around this bug ?

When the focus leaves a form for any reason, the underlying record of the form is updated. Since you are moving to a subform (another form), you are telling Access to update the record of the form you have just left. It is not a bug.
