Subform doesn't show fields

I'm having a problem with a subform. The main form is a meeting registration form. To show a payment, a button on the form opens the subform to record payment. If there has not been a payment, the subform should show blank fields. However, on two PCs in our network the subform does not show any fields in this case, just the gray box. It will only show the fields when a payment has been made for that record.

The same front end file is on all four PC's. If I open the malfunctioning file through network connections on my PC (I'm not having problems), the subform works properly. I even tried changing the screen resolution, which did not work.

Does anyone know why the subform would act differently on two differenct PCs?

Seems like this user don't have Insert privilege (Addition allowed).
