Stutter dial tone?

I have a user that needs to use a specail analog phone to use his hear aid devices, anyway the MWI works off stutter, does anyone know if a single Vg248 line can provide stutter or is that programmed in CM on the device?

The VG248 can provide stuttered dial tone; setting it on the VG248 itself is best (the settings under the VGC phones in CCM aren't applicable until CCM v4.X).
