Stupid Questions probably

I'm hopin this is an easy fix, but I can't seem to find anything about it. Ok I need to make part of our website internal only. For example I want to make

http://www.mydomain.com/internal

where you can view the internal part of the site INSIDE the network only. No access from the outside. Any ideas? Thanks yall. By the way

http://www.mydomain.com

is accessible from the outside.

add an entry on the internal DNS server pointing to the internal IP of the webserver say internal.mydomain.com then add a new site with a hostheader of internal.mydomain.com to the webserver. Then deny access to all IP ranges Except the Internal range. Properties|Directory Security|Edit restrictions
