I have one keyset(3905) that does not display any caller id information on incoming outside calls, and will only display internal calling DN's after the call is answered. Is this a set option or in the switch? Any ideas? I have listed the TN below.

Be careful with DNDA - That means the display will show the the originally dialed number instead of the CLID of the caller. This often confuses people and is not usually what they want to see.
