stupid newbie needs beginners type help

sorry guys i am a complete novice to access and i have a query to generate where i have a list of videos and a list of dates when they were sold
i need to generate a query whereby it will give me a record of what hasnt been sold
so if you would like to take pity on my worthless soul i'd be appreciative

No problem, though it would be helpfull if you included some info on your tables and fields. That way anyone can give a real, "ready-to-use" solution.

Anyway, it should try something like:

SELECT * FROM VideoTable WHERE IsNull(BuyDate);
