Stuck in Queue VM Pro 1

Hey all,

Have a customer here that is working remotely using IX Workplace. Yesterday, I tried setting up Queued calls and it will queue calls but it won't ring the IX workplace user when she finishes up current calls. Instead, callers are placed into queue forever. Hunt group is set to collective call waiting and there is only one user in this hunt group.

IPO Server Edition 11.0.4 SP2

Anyone have this issue before?

Figured out the issue.

If the huntgroup has one user and that user is logged into both deskphone and softphone, then that will cause queued calls to get stuck. The user must logout their deskphone in order for the softphone to be able to accept queued calls.

Was able to figure this out by looking at their deskphone through system status. It will grab the queued call but it will not alert the softphone.

Hope this helps anyone with a similar issue.
