Hey all,
Have a customer here that is working remotely using IX Workplace. Yesterday, I tried setting up Queued calls and it will queue calls but it won't ring the IX workplace user when she finishes up current calls. Instead, callers are placed into queue forever. Hunt group is set to collective call waiting and there is only one user in this hunt group.
IPO Server Edition 11.0.4 SP2
Anyone have this issue before?
