Yes it will work fine. I believe by default the vm uses port 3 to call out on. make sure this port has access to what ever line group you want to use. you may have to use a leading 9 ,(pause)in the out dial string and add a few ,'s at the end of the string to keep the call ringing long enough to get to the cell phone, other wise it just dials the number and hangs up.
