StretchBlt Background

I'm using the StretchBlt API to scale an image for an MDI form background, and it now works perfectly. My only query is that I need to move the image right and down by 100 pixels. When I move the image using the StretchBlt command, I get the 100 pixel margin I need, but in black. Is there anyway to make this background a different colour?
