Strange problems with the database after installing the program

Hello everybody.
I don't know if I am directing this question in the right forum but however I'll give it a try
I have made a project, but after installing it in a computer I have a strange problem. If I add some data in the database, the data are added correctly. For instance, if I add a new client the client seem to be added quite OK, but the clients that are in the database are not displayed in the grid where I intended to display the clients. They get displayed, only in the moment when I add a new client. Only in that moment. I have made the installation using InstallShield. I don't know if this is a problem of InstallShield, maybe when installing the MSDE and creating my database. Or maybe this might be another problem. Any idea on this?
I have made the program in C#, Visual Studio .NET. Once I read that some strange behaviour might come because of any AntiVirus installed but the pc where I tried the installation does not have any antivirus software installed.
I am quite astonished from this bug.
Any help would be very appreciated
