strange problem

Hi,

I am having a strange problem that I never experienced before. I lauched this website from my own server, when I hit that website from a client it comes fine. But when I hit it from server itself, I get this page that you get from your DNS when you are in propogate phase "Coming soon" . I cleared cache on my server browsers, both IE and NS, shut the server off, let is shut for 5-10 min, but still, same page. If I make a change to websiite I can see those changes when i Hit my website
from client, meanning I am able to hit my server just fine.

Has anybody have an idea, why I am geting "Coming soon " page on my server
