I have a power prompt application with two prompts. The first one is Status with options Active, Expired, Closed. The second prompt is called BudgetYear, with options 2000, 2001, 2002 etc (for years).
When I run the application in IWR, both the prompts come out fine, but frequently the BudgetYear prompt shows weird numbers like 098320, 908762 etc in the dropdown instead of showing the years. Further the report doesn't seem to be filtering per the prompts.(the whole report shows up).
The data are drawn from a DB2 database thru ADO. These weird data do not exist in the tables.
The ADO, powerprompt script etc look fine and am using neon client for connecting to DB. Also have opened up a case with Cognos - 3 weeks now.
Anyone have any clues as to what is happening here?
