Strange Printer Problem...

I have a 98box (first edition) that is acting strangely with printers. It is on a network (windows 2k AD) with mostly 2k boxes. Strange thing is, when i delete printers off of it, they come back after adding a new one, i can not print to the new printer for some reason. Any thoughts?
