Hi all - I'd search here or Google this but I'm not even sure how to phrase the question.
We're seeing some odd behavior where users at a remote office will dial an external number and get a VRU, then when pressing buttons to answer the VRU will get totally different entries accepted - as if the button they press is interpolated differently by the far end. For example, they'll call an office that requests an extension number, but they end up being sent to a totally different extension (as if the number entered was somehow mangled).
Normally I'd chalk this up to the far end having an issue, but it's happened with several far points - enough to think we may be the issue.
A brief description of our setup - the remote office in question has Avaya 4610SW IP phones on the far end of a T-1. All calls are routed thru us at the main office. Calls from the main office to VRUs function normally.
Any ideas on where to start looking? Thanks in advance.....
