Strange Noise Tek 740P

Hi All,
Glad I found this forum, great source of information here. I have the tek 740P and when It starts up the rollers at the rear door that drops down (the one by the ink cartridges) sounds very loud and I thinks could do with a bit of oil.

Also.........

When it starts to print I get a grinding noise like gears not meeting together and then it just stops? prints fine but for these 2 sounds. I have owned this printer for 4 days so I dont even know if it is a problem.

Does anyone know were I can get hold of a service manual here in the UK or even a site that has it online to view.

I have had a few paper jams and have read that it could do with a bit of oil, but were?????
