I installed W2K Advanced Server as domain controller. With one NIC everything work fine, I assigned it a public IP address. When I install the second NIC for NAT with a private IP address, I obtain the error: A duplicate name exist on the network. I'm sure that no other computer use my server name or IP address. I obtain alsoth message: At least one service or driver faild during system startup. In the event viewer I can see that the messenger service has stopped with an error. What can I do? Please help me. Thank you.

make sure you don't bind NETBIOS on both NIC's

Thank you Peterve, I desabled NetBIOS on private NIC and everything seems to work fine. Could I have other problems without NetBIOS on private NIC? Thank you again.
