Hi

A member of our company is having problems sending mail to one domain.

I was having a look at the message tracker and every time I try to check messages going to this domain I get the following error:

'the object 'and/or' in the message tracking logs can't be found in the directory. The object may have been deleted. The tracking history may be incorrect.'

The information then appears but it stops at the SMTP delivery and doesn't tell you where the mail was sent to.

Sometime the recipients get the message but most of the time he gets a #5.5.0 UDR

Can anyone help?

Can you (or anyone else in your organsiation) send to the recipient that the "member" of you company is having a problem sending to?

Is it specific to the sender or the target domain?

I have sent a test message to the domain and it has gone through.

However, when I try to track my message in system manager I get the same error with regards to the tracking.

Any ideas?

What is the target domain?

If you don't want to post the domain doe sit have any special characters in it/too many characters/anything unusualy?
