Strange display

I have a user who says that he mis-dialed a number, and now when he selects a line to dialout on, and enters the number, the display reads:"REF SNA". I've looking for a reference to this in the manuals but so far haven't come across anything. Does anyone know what this means? Thanks In Advance.

What system? Is a button stuck down for an internal intercom that is named REF SNA? Try unpluging set to reset.
Could it be a bad display? Does any other buttons work? Feature * 0 to check other buttons.
