I have a strange issue where calls to a user go directly to voicemail.
Typically when this happens they accidently hit the send all button.
This case the send all is not hit.
Here is the list trace. You can see the call is forwarding to #083000.
3000 is the ext to voicemail.
When I status the station I do not see it forwarded.
I have CM ver 6.2 with 9611 phone

agreed cover path , also what happens if you just dial 1288 from another station ?

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)

The best place to see if a station is call-forwarded is with the list call-forwarding command.
Status station X will show if Send-All-Calls is active.

Thanks,
I ended up removing the user and adding them back in.

Well it removing the extension and adding it back worked for almost a week before the issue returned.
When I run a list call-forward the extension does not so up as being forwarded.
When I status the sta it does not show the send all calls so I do not know if it is active or not.
The coverage path is correct.
When I call from another station is does the same thing, goes directly to VM.

The coverage path is the same as the rest of the stations.
If there were an issue with it all calls to any extension would do the same thing.

What about enhanced call forwarding located on page 3 of sta form or page 2 when using the sta sta comand, I do not think this shows up under list call forward command.

also what do you see with the command list usa ext 1288 ?

nothing
Enh Call fwd.

Status Station xxxx should show something like:

Code:
        Administered Type: 9608SIP [highlight #FCE94F]Service State: out-of-service[/highlight]
Connected Type: N/A TCP Signal Status: not connected
             Extension: 1288 Network Region: 1
                  Port: S41828 Parameter Download: pending
           Call Parked? no [b][highlight #FCE94F]SAC Activated? yes[/highlight][/b]
      Ring Cut Off Act? no
Active Coverage Option: 1 one-X Server Status: N/A

When phones are out-of-service or Send-all-calls (SAC) is yes the phone will immediately follow coverage.
I would expect to see the coverage-path listed in the trace just before the call-forwarding #08300 in the trace you originally posted so I think something else is going on.

If you display station 1288 page 3, are there any enhanced call-forwarding rules active? Perhaps the user is turning this on with the feature access codes?

station is active.

That is how calls get to your voice-mail. It essential call-forwards to your voice-mail. Trunk group 99 is probably your SIP connections to your voice-mail.

Jordy I don't think you follow.
When someone calls ext 1288 it goes directly to voicemail the users phone does not ring as if the send all button was pressed.
I agree trunk group 99 is the sip connection to voicemail but the call does not even hit the coverage path it is forwarded directly to voicemail.

One-X Mobile "forks" a call to multiple destinations, similar to EC500, so the call may ring simultaneously on the desk phone, mobile, house, or other designated destinations. If the voicemail number has been set as one of those destinations then that could explain what is happening. I haven't used One-X Mobile for a while so I'm not familiar with the setup.

Are there any other users experiencing this issue? Do others use One-X Mobile on a regular basis? If you turn off One-X Mobile for this user does the problem persist?

Now I'm just asking questions in the hope it sparks some idea.

yep that was the spark I needed. I disabled her one X mobile and calls go thru. Now I need to check and see what she is doing on her one x mobile.
Thanks
