Node C system is a CS1000E Release 5.5
When creating an Auth Code Block in Node C and as soon as the AUB is created it prevents calls from hitting the Callpilot Auto Attendant in Node A. I have implemted the latest PEPS from the vendor across all nodes however this did not resolve. Have configured AUB and AUT a fair amount of times without any issues on other CS100E amd CS1000MG nodes in the network with never an issue. Even tried a restart after saving and still the same problem. I am stumped - Do not even get to the AUT stage. The digits from the COT are not leaving the box when the AUB is created. Remove the AUB and all is well.
Have looked into the PEPS on the Nortel site but nothing seems to stand out.
Any ideas or is this a call for support ?
As always any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
