Hi,
I have a user who's .PST file size had reached 950Mb. She has deleted about 50% of the mails in the archive and emptied the deleted items folder. The size of the archive did not seem to decrease, even after exiting outlook.
Now, when she logs into outlook, if we check her pst file it appears to get smaller by a few kb every few seconds. It has been behaving like this since before the weekend and has only dropped by 70,000k or so.
Is this due to the size of the archive?
