Storing pictures in a database 1

Is there a way to store a picture for each individual report within the database to be called upon whenever needed?

The usual answer is to store paths to the pictures as storing pictures causes the database to bloat. The other answer is to be found here:

How would I go about stroing the path?
Just keep it in a text column (ex.- N:\Database\Photos)to be referenced later? Also how do I have access call it back based on Values in the report?
