Just my quick two cents if applicable......Unanswered calls to a subline (virtual) will not save to 'call history'. An external OAI application like OW5000 will provide this functionality however.

Ok. My example case calling direct at extension 9521 did not answer internal and external calls, it has a light on and historical lost calls stored.
