Store.exe keeps spiking?

Hi

Currently we are running 5.5 Standard Exchange with Mcafee groupsheild. Intermintently the store.exe will use alot of the cpu causing users to stop responding and go slow.

It happens randomly so im not sure if its groupsheild causing the problem.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
